It is always exciting to see what the planners and architects have on their concept boards. We are fortunate to have a studio going on right now with Notre Dame. A small group of students, lead by Douglas Duany, are working through concepts for future projects here in Las Catalinas. This studio is ...
The Camino Catalinas building is starting to take form. We have another few weeks to start seeing the exterior be finalized. One of the most exciting things will be to see the town grocery, Copper and Stone, open their doors in April.
Charles posted this picture of Plaza Carlota on our Home Owners page. We are really excited to see the plaza taking shape. Hope you can stop by soon and see the progress!
Big thanks to our Agroforestales team for their work down in the Zapotal Valley. Upwind from our property a small fire broke out. The crew went over and was able to control it, and get it put out. Thank you guys!
Very exciting to announce the ground breaking for construction of #10 Punta Penca. Design by Arosemena & Soundy. This home has a prominent position on Punta Penca, just past the intersection with Calle Virginia. The views of the roofline down Playa Danta will be very special from this home. We ...
The digital nomad | telecommuting culture is definitely present at Las Catalinas. We continue to enjoy having both full time and part time residents that are able to enjoy working from a distance. With multiple fibre lines coming in to Town, ours is a place you can create and connect without too ...
Town is starting to transform for the triathlon. Loads of competitors and supporters are arriving and starting to set up for the annual race. Hopefully you can join down at Limonada on Friday for a little carbo loading-pasta dinner!

We have our elections in Costa Rica today, for President and the Legislative Assembly. It is an important day for all of us here. Every citizen is registered to vote. We put most of our team off today, to encourage a higher voter turnout and will be anxious to see the results come in during the day.
Merch is here for the Triathlon. We will have packet pickups on next Friday (9th), followed by an orientation for the participants. We have a good number of people signed up, lots of relays and younger competitors. Leo Chacon confirmed a swimming clinic at 4:30 on Friday the 9th. The clinic is ...

Once they take hold, plaza will fill up with the aromatic smell at dusk that makes these trees so enjoyable. We see them around many homes in the surrounding communities, I am ...
Sitting in the rocking chairs this morning, and easily made a few new friends while catching up with old ones. PVR never disappoints!
Triathlon weekend is just a week away. Easily one of the most enjoyable times to be in Las Catalinas. Registration for the Triathlon is closing on Friday, or in the next 30 entries. Enter yourself or find a few friends to make a relay!

If you happen to be in Town, try to find a spot high on the hills around 5:30AM. I would say either the top of McHenry or Punta Guachipelines. Both spots take about thirty ...
We busy moving plants down from the nursery to behind Plaza Carlota. The landscaping effort will go up from the San Miguel bridge to the main road.
