In this Daily -- Winding Down the Weekend

Some chance of rain again today, although take the cloud icons with a grain of salt -- current predictions are for about 1mm of rainfall, which almost always turns out to be clear skies with a few clouds.

After a whole slew of exciting events yesterday, this Sunday is a bit more relaxed as we wrap up last week and look ahead at this one. At 9am, we had our weekly Town Talk with experts at the Beach Club, and this evening we'll have another edition of Sunset Trailblazers, departing from Central for a relaxing hike through the hills for some of the best views of the sunset over town and beyond.

Looking ahead at the week, a couple of events stand out. Tuesday night at 7pm in the Beach Club, Alma Viajera will host "Un Paseo Por Andalucia", with some Andalusian-style tapas that are a consistent hit. Later in the week on Thursday, Chef Gilberto Briceño will be hosting "Vegan Unlimited", a cooking class set to showcase the wide world of creative and tasty dishes possible without animal products.

And finally, this coming Sunday will see the first Conservatory Brunch with the Santarena Hotel. Brought to life by the culinary expertise of Ponciana head chef Saul Umaña, this brunch is definitely this week's can't miss event.
