Let's review some of the key highlights in well-living from the past quarter.   In March, Las Catalinas hosted [PLM](https://mamagenas.com/plm/), led by [Regena Thomashauer](https://mamagenas.com/about/), offering a transformative five-day, four-night experience for over thirty participants. Regena Thomashauer is a renowned teacher and best-selling author who established the School of Womanly Arts in 1998, igniting a global movement. Her profound belief in women as the most powerful untapped resource on the planet has shaped her mission to empower women worldwide. Regena's impactful work includes authoring four influential books, notably the New York Times bestseller "Pussy, A Reclamation." Emily, the founder of [Ziva Meditation](https://zivameditation.com/), has developed an exceptionally effective meditation method tailored to the modern lifestyle, dealing with issues like stress and anxiety.
