New Home Construction Begins at Ruta del Llano 32 in Las Catalinas
Las Catalinas is pleased to share that on January 8th, construction kicked off for a new home in El Prado – introducing House Ruta del Llano 32. Project Manager Jose Coto will oversee the construction process, working closely with the Moreno family to bring their Costa Rican dream home to life in collaboration with builder RICSA. The estimated completion for this project is set for August or September 2024, making it a seven-month journey filled with anticipation.
Rodrigo Bollat Montenegro will be the architect behind this El Prado home, bringing a wealth of expertise. As the founding principal at RBM Architecture & Design, a firm focusing on custom residential design, and community urban planning, his integration of traditional values into contemporary architecture will set the tone for this project. Rodrigo’s background combines detailed residential excellence from his time at Ferguson & Shamamian Architects in New York City and a mastery of traditional urban design at Estudio Urbano in Guatemala City. Montenegro's work reflects a commitment to both precision and collaborative project management. His diverse portfolio includes new residences in Guatemala and Costa Rica, custom office designs, and the restoration of a historic farm.
