Green Beginnings: Welcoming New Team Members with Trees
As of April, as part of a new Las Catalinas’ staff onboarding process, all new team members will have the opportunity to plant a tree in town’s farm, Finca La Estancia. The primary goal of this new activity is to promote the smooth integration of new members into the team, ensuring they feel welcome while also providing them with a distinctive experience.
Planting a tree upon joining Las Catalinas' team fosters a sense of environmental stewardship and community engagement among staff members. It also leaves a lasting impact on the local ecosystem, contributing to town's sustainability efforts, and one of our core values: consciousness – We care about nature and work hard to protect and enhance it.
