Groundbreaking Announcement:  Los Altos Flats Begin Construction 

El Prado, Las Catalinas’ newest neighborhood, continues to grow with leaps and bounds as the Los Altos Flats begin construction. 116 and 117 broke ground this week, with a construction process expected to take approximately fourteen months, finishing in July of 2025.

The project was designed by Castillo Arquitectos, and is currently under construction by Alfa Co on El Prado’s highest point. We look forward to the stunning views and charming facades on these two, six-flat buildings that will proudly top town like a crown.
