Arosemena & Way believe that architecture at its best is timeless and embodies the spirit of the place, deeply aligning with [town’s new urbanism design philosophy](https://www.lascatalinascr.com/about-las-catalinas/design-philosophy) that highlights environmentally friendly design, walkable neighborhoods, and intertwining private and public spaces.
