New Beginnings: Breaking Ground on Calle del Prado 74
Las Catalinas is delighted to extend a warm welcome to the Geneau Family as El Prado announces yet another groundbreaking home: Calle del Prado 74.
The Geneau family has chosen Arosemena & Way Arquitectura to design their three-story home with a charming terrace. Arosemena & Way believe that architecture at its best is timeless and embodies the spirit of the place, deeply aligning with town’s new urbanism design philosophy that highlights environmentally friendly design, walkable neighborhoods, and intertwining private and public spaces. This Panamanian architecture firm will be working with project manager Mariana Herrera and general contractor ALFA Co to complete this project.
The Geneaus look forward to enjoying barbecues in the afternoons while watching the sunset on the horizon of Playa Danta once this home’s eleven-month construction process has been completed in April 2025.
