Coming down the hill in to Beach Town last night, it was so great to see the Plaza Carlota Flats with lights on. I did not get a good photo to share, but will work on that one!
We have a few new owners in Town, busy furnishing and finalizing punch lists. In the phone camera photo taken this morning, you can also see the Camino Catalinas Flats between the Plaza Carlota Flats and the Plaza Central Flats. We intend to have a roof on Camino Catalinas by the end of December. The Copper and Stone Grocery on the main floor is taking shape, and will be open in the second quarter of 2018.
There are just three units left in the Plaza Carlota Flats, one of which is a three bedroom unit that would be great for a full time resident. The other twelve units are getting furnished and many are being made available for short term rental.
