This home draws inspiration from the lush tropical setting and travel memories to embody the beauty and joy of a fresh, airy Las Catalinas home.
The first impression of the entry court is memorable, with a custom lantern and front door - complete with custom nailhead detailing and child-height door knocker that draw you into the shade of the malinche and almendro trees.
As the doors open, the view of the lush pool court and mangrove beyond set the tone for a timeless, tropical experience. To the right is a fresh living room with hidden bar accented with hand-painted tiles. To the left, an expansive dining and kitchen space that is just waiting for an amazing meal. All opening up to the shaded courtyard.
Each of the 5 bedroom suites shares the light palette of warm whites, but with layers of unique textures and details that makes for a rich, delightful feel.
Upstairs, dual master suites enjoy amazing views and covered balconies. A master lounge connects the two suites and allows for morning coffee and evening wind down in a quiet space. An outdoor bath, surfaced in Rosa Portugal marble, is the perfect place to privately listen to the waves of the ocean.
