It is great to see so many homes getting renovations and refreshes this October. We have improvements being made all along Paseo del Mar. The maintenance team from Catalinas Property Management Services (CPMS) has teams in seven homes this morning, getting the homes in the rental program looking fresh for the upcoming season. This work will be ongoing through early December. The most popular program includes refinishing exterior wood, paint, and metal work.
