Very exciting day for us today in Beach Town. We are busy preparing for our annual Halloween night on Saturday. Nothing seems to reinforce how enjoyable a walkable (and car free) town can be, like a night of trick or treat! We have a lot of full time residents that will come and enjoy a night of family fun.
We are also lucky to have a lot of our home owners coming in this weekend. The team is welcoming 106 people today. In addition to a number of fun events planned, we have some home owner specials lined up for the weekend at the retail shops.
