Concrete pump pouring out the first floor of Punta Penca #16 in the background of this photo. This is one of the downhill lots in Punta Penca, it sorta steps down to the beachfront. I think this home does a great job of using covered outdoor space. In watching people visit their homes here, the most popular areas are also the most simple.
