Concrete pump pouring out the first floor of Punta Penca #16 in the background of this photo.  This is one of the downhill lots in Punta Penca, it sorta steps down to the beachfront.  I think this home does a great job of using covered outdoor space.  In watching people visit their homes here, the most popular areas are also the most simple.  They are covered outdoor spaces with some circulating air.  Each one of the five homes in this picture, and the villas at Casa Chameleon all offer these types of spaces to enjoy.
