Community Building Water Activity Ahead
Pura Vida Ride knows that adventure is best when shared, so starting today, they will be hosting an unforgettable excursion, a group paddle-boarding trip. This group paddle-boarding trip will take place every Thursday from 9:30 AM to 11 A.M. as long the ocean conditions allow for a safe experience, with a guide included.
Paddling on Playa Danta
Playa Danta offers glassy, smooth conditions perfect for stand-up paddle-boarding and plenty of other water activities thanks to its protected bay. The Islotes Pitahayas are small islands just one kilometer offshore that are an ideal destination to paddle to. They are a famous nesting site for pelicans and frigate birds. The coastline in both directions is dramatic, with a variety of beautiful beaches and cliffs to observe from the water.
Perks for Homeowners
There is no charge for this excursion if you bring your own equipment. However, for those who do not have their own paddle-board, fret not – rentals are available. Pura Vida Ride offers a special discount on rentals as an extra benefit for Las Catalinas’ homeowners who wish to participate.
Please note, this is a group session. For those who are starting at zero with their paddle-boarding, a lesson is recommended before joining group sessions. Private sessions are available with a reservation at Pura Vida Ride.
