Our first owners stayed in the main Carlota Building this weekend. Next time you visit, I would encourage you take a tour. There are so many interesting parts of this building to explore. As the final units get punched out, we will start filling out the planters. We have a wide selection of Bougainvillea up in the nursery that will fill in and bring some more color to the plaza.
Town is very lively this morning. In addition to our new neighbor in Carlota, we had just over a hundred people stay over last night. Like most Sundays, we have a lot of visitors enjoying the beaches and the trails.
