Living a life that mitigates stress, focusing on positive emotions -like joy, and creating a built environment that encourages physical activity.

Charles did a big blog post on this Nat Geo magazine article.  I really do encourage you to read it.  There are some very simple principals that will make you nicer, likely more happy too.  Those things are easy to do here in Costa Rica, and certainly in Las Catalinas.

Great to see more people reading up on just being happy.
