Unleashing Team Spirit: The Las Catalinas Adventure Rally 

Las Catalinas gets ready to roll out a unique event that promises memories, excitement, and camaraderie among its collaborators. Using town as the base point, the rally aims to not only familiarize members with the property and strengthen core values but also reinforce the essence of teamwork, effective communication, and the power of creativity for those who work in town. 

Be ready to see Las Catalinas’ staff participating in activities around town on September 20th. Each stop will be a challenge that echoes and enforces the organizational values of town. Completing challenges unlocks a new clue, propelling one of ten teams toward the beachfront finale. 

The goal of the event is not just a one-day teambuilding exercise, but a testament to the values that make Las Catalinas distinct and the dedication to the company culture.
