I think Plaza Carlota is one of the coolest things we have going right now. The plaza will be created by the edge of three buildings. One side is already complete, the main building of Plaza Carlota is the next to deliver (below).
The details, both interior and exterior, have been a real accomplishment for the team. It is another one of those buildings we have here, that you tend to stop and marvel at when walking by. Fifteen units in total, just three remain available for sale.
S'mores night in Limonada tonight! Stop in after swim class with Connect Ocean, or stay for dinner. Chef Carlos just told me he got some fresh corvina (sea bass). No idea what he will do with it yet, but I am sure it will be good.
