We are very excited to see the reopening of the Santarena on Monday. The guest rooms will begin being occupied, and the bakery will begin to offer a new menu for breakfast. With Cuatro operating in the morning hours, we will then see Ponciana open her doors on December 15th. Congratulations to the team there, lead by Diego Cisneros and Chef Manuel!
