In this Daily -- Guanacaste Native and Valentine's Dinner

Some lower winds today after the consistent strong breeze from this weekend, which should mean a steady rise in water temperatures starting today and moving forward throughout the week. This morning will be a great time to be on the trails, with the rising temperatures holding off with some cloud cover around noon.

Last night's Pop-Up menu with Alma Viajera was inspired by the native ingredients of Guanacaste, with highlights including a Smoked Palm Pastrami, a Noni Gaspacho, a slow-cooked Pork Terrina, and finally a Guapinol Bruleé for dessert. It was an excellent event, and a great way to learn about some of Guanacaste's native ingredients.

In town today, Wake Day Spa will be offering 20% off on all massages, and the big event tomorrow night Poinciana will be offering a Valentine's Dinner Special.
