These five mixed-use buildings will shape the commercial core of El Prado. [Concasa](http://concasa/), in collaboration with Las Catalinas, designed this landmark project, and [Alfa Co](https://thedaily.lascatalinascr.com/thursday-february-1-2024) will construct it. Locally called “chochalpia,” this a songbird of the family Troglodytidae.
