We are delighted to announce the sale of Calle Cartagena #6. There are just a few more available lots in this side of town. It is certainly our most active area of construction currently, with over a dozen homes under construction and more breaking ground soon. This is an older photo, but shows the proximity #6 has to the Beach Club and the town center via the San Mateo Bridge. #4 Calle Cartagena remains available, as do a few of the Cartagena Flats adjacent to the Beach Club.
