It's very exciting when different parts of town get connected, for example, when San Miguel bridge was open and you could get to cross it for the first time. The connection currently being worked on is the one between Plaza Central and Plaza Lucia. Pavers will be bricks laid in herringbone pattern (which gets its name from its resemblance to the skeleton of a herring fish). It's fantastic to have more options for lovely promenade routes.
