Very exciting to announce the ground breaking for construction of #10 Punta Penca.  Design by [Arosemena & Soundy](http://asarq.com/home/page2.html). This home has a prominent position on Punta Penca, just past the intersection with Calle Virginia.  The views of the roofline down Playa Danta will be very special from this home.  We are excited to see it take shape in the coming months.
