With more humidity in the air, we are getting unbelievable sunsets this week. Everyone must get down to the beach for sunset. The tide is low in the evenings, and there is a very solid swell in this week. Great surfing and body boarding at sunset is such a great way to end the day.
Anyone that follows the Instagram feed for the location of Las Catalinas, or the Las_Catalinas_ Feed will have seen a lot of posts by Tauni Doster. We really enjoyed having their fitness retreat here last week. I think we will see more retreats here soon, such an easy place for everyone to stay focused and make improvements.
