You see them playing hide and seek, riding their bikes, playing football in Calle la Ronda, at swim school, having a half melted shaved ice at Pura Vida Ride. At times there's a stillness that makes you notice they are not around, they might be at the beach, at school, out for the day, taking a break indoors or out at sea, but there are signs all over town reminding you they will be back soon, happy and running around.
