In this Daily -- Tales by Light Tonight and the Northern End of Beach Town
A few more signs of the coming green season today, with a little bit of groundwater in the Monkey Corridor just outside of the Beach Club this morning.
And with the arrival of the flowers, we're also starting to see more butterflies, like this Orange Barred Tiger, a vibrant Costa Rican native.
Another place where you can see change very clearly is on the north end of Beach Town, past the end of Plaza Danta and Calle La Ronda. The gray work on Plaza del Mercado is coming along nicely, and looking out from the Yoga Pavilion the imagination leaps to fill in what's to come.
And finally, for events today ConnectOcean will be hosting a community event this evening, screening two episodes of the critically acclaimed Tales by Light miniseries in the Potrero Community Center at 6:30pm. The goal of the event is to bring fisherman, divers, and lovers of the ocean together to understand the value of creating a Community Managed Marine Protected Area in the waters nearby.
You can find the full information on the event, and a little more explanation as to their goals in hosting this movie night by clicking the link here. Definitely worth stopping by.
