Expect a few clouds in the sky today, with a very, very slight chance of some rain as we approach sunset. It'll be a great day to be out and about, especially in the morning, with gentler morning sun giving way to the shadier afternoon.
In addition to today's trip to the Tope de Liberia (which is definitely this week's hot ticket), we've got a pair of new events that are set to become staples of the Las Catalinas weekly schedule.
The first, El Mercadito, will take place around Limonada from 3-6pm, and feature artisans from all around Guanacaste as they put on a market to showcase their handmade craftwork, a great way to bring some local color to your home.
The second, Santarena's Sunset Gin and Tonics, will start around 5pm at the Santarena Hotel, a splash of fresh flavor to wind down a warm afternoon at one of town's favorite times of day.
Hard to miss with anything going on today.
