Taking a walk around town, there’s always something new to discover. Looking up from Calle Cartagena towards the hillsides of Calle Virginia, and Punta Penca, new homes are in progress, reflecting the light from today’s clear sunny skies. 

There are changes happening in the heart of town too, including in one of the longest-finished parts of town, on Paseo del Mar at Casa Sirena and Casa Athena. Homes in Las Catalinas are built to last in a timeless style, which also allows them to change and evolve over the years without losing their character. Both of these remodels will bring a fresh and updated experience to the home, offering something new to familiar residences.

The exterior portions of Casa Sirena’s remodel are nearly complete, and just down the road, Casa Athena is well underway.
