The week ahead brings the return of some familiar favorites.
Tuesday night's Pop-Up dinner theme is "Native Terroir", a meal which brings unique Costa Rican ingredients to the forefront (a specialty of Chef Briceño's).
Then, Wednesday sees the return of "Vegan Unlimited", a cooking session at the Beach Club focusing on the possibilities of vegan cuisine.
Then Friday brings us the Barrio Barbecue, a fresh, flavorful, and fire roasted meal served in the open air at the Beach Club.
And finally, Sunday brings us Ponciana Brunch, a great way to wrap up the week and prepare for the next one.
Fitness schedules will be the same as usual with Swimming Lessons every weekday morning and HIIT on Monday and Wednesday, making for a great week in town.
