In this Daily: The Arrival of Camino Flats

It's an exciting day here in Las Catalinas. The first apartments of Camino Flats have arrived! Three flats have gone up on the second floor that bring a unique urban character to town. As the first real Main Street building in Las Catalinas, there were several new architectural considerations to account for. Jeff Dungan Architects drew inspiration from coastal cities like Barcelona and New Orleans for the design of the building.

Let's Take a Look Inside:

Balconies and entrances are located on the second and third floors of the building, creating the feel of a close neighborhood. A towering, open plan allows natural sunlight to wash in. Not to mention the moonlight as well!

The interiors of each apartment were done by Laurel, who also drew from a coastal urban influence. The design includes upscale, stylish finishes complemented by open-air patios and expansive views of town, mountain, and sea.

Each completed home brings a new perspective on town, and these Main Street apartments add an urban character while keeping the coastal beauty of the town in full view.  A welcome addition to Las Catalinas, which will be available to rent through Las Catalinas Collection soon.
