The first apartments of Camino Flats have arrived! Three flats have gone up on the second floor that bring a unique urban character to town. As the first real Main Street building in Las Catalinas, there were several new architectural considerations to account for. Jeff Dungan Architects drew inspiration from coastal cities like Barcelona and New Orleans for the design of the building. ## Let's Take a Look Inside: ![Camino Flats](https://thedaily.lascatalinascr.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/IMG_7791-e1560530748156-450x600-1.jpg?width=338&height=451&name=IMG_7791-e1560530748156-450x600-1.jpg) Balconies and entrances are located on the second and third floors of the building, creating the feel of a close neighborhood. A towering, open plan allows natural sunlight to wash in. Not to mention the moonlight as well!  The interiors of each apartment were done by [Laurel](http://instagram.com/laurel_dd), who also drew from a coastal urban influence.
