Temperatures will start in the mid 70s and rise quickly during the morning, reaching the low 80s by around 9am and peaking at about 86 at lunchtime, before remaining mostly steady and falling off around 4pm towards dusk. The breeze will be steady throughout the day a little over 10mph, falling off to around 7mph for the heart of the afternoon before picking back up. If you're looking for something a bit more therapeutic, consider the *Deep* massage, a deep tissue massage aimed for attention to muscles, mobility, and circulation, which is great for athletes to concentrate on specific areas of muscle tension and reduce recovery time. Finally, if you're interested in turning up the heat, consider their *Salt & Stone* massage, which uses heated Himalayan salt stones as an extension of the therapist’s hands, utilizing penetrating heat to help with deep relaxation, the restoration of key minerals, and improved circulation. Elsewhere in town, today saw the usual Swimming Lessons at the Beach Club at 6:15 and 7:15am, HIIT at the Yoga Pavilion, and a 5:30 Happy Hour at the Beach Club.
