In this Daily -- Wake Day Spa Special

Sunny and warm today, with a healthy breeze from the northeast throughout the day, a high in the mid 80s, and some cloud cover as we reach sunset. Temperatures will start in the mid 70s and rise quickly during the morning, reaching the low 80s by around 9am and peaking at about 86 at lunchtime, before remaining mostly steady and falling off around 4pm towards dusk. The breeze will be steady throughout the day a little over 10mph, falling off to around 7mph for the heart of the afternoon before picking back up. Out in the cove, the wave action will be steady and smooth today, cresting between 1 and 2 feet for the better part of the day thanks to some mild offshore swell, and high tide will be at 10:24 before falling off until 4:30pm.

The big news today is a Wake Day Spa Special -- 20% off of all massages for today. Located just down the stairs from Plaza Central right next to LaPula Shop and Studio and D'Aqui Design, Wake Day Spa offers three different options for massages. The Essential is a Swedish-inspired massage, in which fluid motion and customized pressure are applied for relaxation, stress relief, and renewed well being. If you're looking for something a bit more therapeutic, consider the Deep massage, a deep tissue massage aimed for attention to muscles, mobility, and circulation, which is great for athletes to concentrate on specific areas of muscle tension and reduce recovery time. Finally, if you're interested in turning up the heat, consider their Salt & Stone massage, which uses heated Himalayan salt stones as an extension of the therapist’s hands, utilizing penetrating heat to help with deep relaxation, the restoration of key minerals, and improved circulation.

Elsewhere in town, today saw the usual Swimming Lessons at the Beach Club at 6:15 and 7:15am, HIIT at the Yoga Pavilion, and a 5:30 Happy Hour at the Beach Club.

For early risers tomorrow, Swimming Lessons will be offered at the standard times.
