A cooler morning giving way to a warm afternoon and a pleasant evening, with a steady breeze coming through town over the course of the day. A few residents were setting out to take advantage of the morning's ideal conditions today and hitting the trails, which is exactly what the weather calls for.
Alma Viajera's Prehispanic Dinner is tonight at 7pm in the Beach Club, with a menu from the distant past of Costa Rica. Expect a focus on fresh and native ingredients, with an elevated homestyle feel to the meal, slow cooked and handmade across the board. All of which is a particular specialty of Chef Gilberto Briceño, tonight's head chef.
Elsewhere in town, we're still preparing for this weekend's trip to the Tope de Liberia, and for early risers tomorrow there will be Swimming Lessons and HIIT at the Yoga Pavilion.
