In this Daily -- The Art of Fermentation and Andrina Fonseca
An interesting set of temperatures today, stair stepping up towards afternoon with a cloudy high around 3pm. After last week's ever present wind, this week has been relatively mellow, which looks to continue today until after sunset. The super moon that has been around all week is slowly fading back out, but even last night the nearly-full moon was astounding.
The big news today is that Andrina Fonseca has been recognized in the Real Leaders 100, a prestigious list highlighting leaders around the world making a positive impact with their businesses. We did a full write up on her and this award, which can be found here.
The other news in town today is a cooking class at the Beach Club, based around The Art of Fermentation. Lead by Chef Gilberto Briceño, whose journeys through Scandinavia and South America before returning to Costa Rica have helped give him a unique perspective on fermentation, this course will definitely be an interesting and educational experience.
