Aside from finned friends like this handsome moray eel spotted by Dive Master Dave Parker, the underwater ecosystems have been particularly lively, the changing of seasons bringing a little spice up to the world beneath the surface. One particular creature to note are the Manta Rays off of the Catalinas Islands, which are reaching a major part of their migratory season through Costa Rica and venturing plentifully past dive sites at Catalinas and the Sombreros.
