La Rambla Construction Progress: A New Cornerstone of Las Catalinas 

The construction of La Rambla in El Prado, Las Catalinas' newest neighborhood, is progressing well. Under the management of Carolina Herrera, the project began in January 2024 and is expected to be completed between May and July 2025. La Rambla will feature five buildings with commercial spaces on the ground floor and residential units on the upper floors, including options for studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments called the Well-Living Residences.

The project is currently about 20% complete, with work progressing to the second floor. Construction underway on the first and second floors includes columns, walls, floor slabs, electromechanical piping, and stairs to the second level. 

Located between the Terraced Flats and the football field of Parque Central, La Rambla fronts the main road and is just steps away from Beach Town. This strategic location offers easy access to municipal parking, recreational spaces, the beach, and tropical dry forest trails.
