VOA Law Real Estate Opens New Office in La Rambla Next January

There is a sense of growth in Town these days, as new businesses continue to find their place within our community. One of the newest additions is VOA Real Estate Law, a three generation family firm that will soon open its new office in Building 53 on La Rambla.

With more than forty years of experience, they have established two offices over time, one in San José and another in Liberia. As their work in the region expanded, they began looking for a place that would allow them to stay close to clients who invest, live or relocate in Guanacaste, while also offering a strategic location where visiting the office would feel like a complete experience rather than a routine appointment.

For Gonzalo Viquez Jr., one of the firm’s partners and one of El Prado’s owners, Las Catalinas became the clear choice. The location in Town was ideal not only for its position within Guanacaste but also for the specific office they selected. Reaching it involves walking up a staircase framed by planters and arriving at a small common area that welcomes visitors right at the entrance of the new office. This staircase is just steps away from Central and connects Main Street with the back of the building where the office is located. They will offer clients valet parking to provide a seamless and comfortable arrival, which is part of the thoughtful experience the firm wants to provide. For this reason, choosing Las Catalinas and La Rambla felt natural and aligned with the level of service they envisioned.

The new office is scheduled to open on January 15, and for now the team is working on the interior design of the space, preparing it to welcome clients soon.
