Growth continues to take shape in El Prado, as two new home constructions have recently begun in this area of Town.
Located on Lots 79 and 141, these projects are being developed under a model where homeowners lead the construction process directly alongside their chosen builders. Lot 79 was designed by Inverse, a Costa Rican Architecture Firm, and is built carried out by Ricsa, while Lot 141 is under construction by Alfa, and designed by Castillo Arquitectos.
Both homes have recently broken ground, with completion expected in the second half of 2027. Once finished, they will bring two new single family homes into El Prado, adding another layer of life to the neighborhood as it continues to evolve.
