Construction Begins on 32 Ruta del Llano 

Ruta del Llano welcomes a new home construction in Las Catalinas’ second phase of construction in El Prado, 32 Ruta del Llano.

RBM Arquitectos, an architecture firm based in Mexico City with extensive international experience, designed the home. RBM Arquitectos seeks integrated solutions for their clients, offering energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable construction options. 

This three-bedroom residence will be built by Constructora RICSA, one of Las Catalinas’ pre-approved builders with twelve years of experience in construction in Guanacaste.  

The property is on the pedestrian plaza above Parque Central. The construction of 32 Ruta del Llano will unfold over seven months, promising a delightful addition to the street with its entry porch.
