This Saturday, October 31, Halloween celebrations in Las Catalinas will begin on the trails. Before the costumes and evening festivities, Onda Move Club invites the local community and residents to lace up their running shoes and start the day moving together at Trick or Trail.
Organized by Onda Move Club, the event brings together a community of people who share a love for movement and the outdoors, and it promises to be a lively morning on the trails and a chance to connect with others from around Guanacaste.
The morning will begin at 6:30 a.m. with welcome beats from a live DJ. At 6:45 a.m., participants will gather for an introduction to the route and the day’s activities, followed by a guided warm-up with a certified coach.
At 7:10 a.m., it will be time to head out for the social run through the Las Catalinas trails. Along the way, runners can enjoy the terrain, the changing elevations, and the company of a community that loves to move.
After the run, the morning will continue with a free group class, followed by the opportunity to enjoy breakfast in Town. For race participants, a delicious breakfast will be available in Ponciana for ₡5,500, including gallo pinto with two eggs, sausage, tortilla, sweet plantains, cheese, juice, and coffee. It will be a chance to slow down, spend a little more time together, and enjoy the rest of the morning by the sea.
