Nearby areas like Huacas received a brief shower yesterday, and Nicoya has also been blessed with precipitation off and on for a few days. This gentle rainfall serves to rejuvenate the soil and tropical dry forest following months of intense sunshine.     ![DSC_7780](https://thedaily.lascatalinascr.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DSC_7780.jpg?width=1948&height=1300&name=DSC_7780.jpg)   The forecast for Las Catalinas indicates partially cloudy skies with light winds, along with the possibility of light drizzles in mountainous regions. As the sky stays overcast, there is anticipation for the first rainfall in town today, followed by a forecast of cloudy conditions and intermittent light rain over the next few days.
