Back in August, Fiesta en Plaza Rambla brought neighbors, visitors, and prospective residents together for a special afternoon in Town. Beyond introducing the residential opportunities available at La Rambla, the event was an opportunity to bring life to the plaza, encourage neighbors to connect, and introduce some of the local businesses that make up our Town community.
As part of the preparations, one of the apartments in Building 53 was transformed into a fully furnished showroom, offering visitors a chance to see what life in one of these residences could look and feel like.
Under the guidance of D'Aqui Design, the interior design studio located in Central, this apartment was brought to life through collaboration with many of our local Commercial Partners. Curtains, bedding, wallpaper, and cushions from Noily's; artwork from Estudio Rambar; appliances from Ambitec; functional and decorative pieces from BlueHome; and furniture from Masaya & Co all came together to create a thoughtfully curated home.
The result shows how thoughtful design and personal touches can give a space so much character. Each element contributes something different, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels distinctly personal, fresh, and elevated, while complementing the beautiful views of BeachTown and the surrounding landscape.
What makes it even more special is the collaboration behind it. With each business contributing its own expertise and personality, the apartment has become a wonderful showcase of the creativity and resources available right here in Town.
And the good news is that the apartment has already been reserved! However, before it is handed over to its future residents, there is still an opportunity to visit and experience the space firsthand.
As we enter the final month in which the showroom will be available to visit, we encourage anyone curious about living at La Rambla, or simply looking for a little interior design inspiration, to stop by Building 53. It is a lovely opportunity to appreciate the work of our local businesses and see how an apartment can become a place that truly feels like home.
