The construction pace of El Prado has been nothing short of impressive this month. On Monday, October 9th, an electrical crew started the medium and low voltage installation at El Prado. High voltage from the street lines must be converted into a lower current for household or commercial use in town. Transformers were connected first, and then the disconnects followed. The disconnects act as large switches to turn on or off incoming power from the public street lines to the project.
Transformers were installed in Terraced Flats units 75, 76, and 77, the first homes scheduled to be delivered this year, a significant milestone for Las Catalinas.
By mid-October, the project will be ready to be inspected and ready to connect with the local electricity provider, making these flats ready for electrical use.
It is worth noting that El Prado still has some listed properties, poised to commence construction. Please contact the Residential Sales Team for more information.
