We had a great turn out for Town yoga this morning.  Tomorrow (Wednesday), there will be a 7:30AM workout with [BlueZone Fitness](https://www.bluezonecfw.com). Check with [@Central ](mailto:%20%3Cconcierge@lascatalinascr.com%3E)for the details or meet up at Limonada before class.

[Lapula, Shop & Studio](https://www.facebook.com/lapulaestudio/) has a great selection of curated gifts for friends and family.  It is always fun to stop in there and see what new things they have.

Looking ahead, this Friday will have a low tide at 5PM.  Perfect time to be on the beach for Sunset.  Look for Leo, he has some new drink specials on the board.  They are excellent!
