The team at Agroforestales did an assessment of the trail system today, with the exception of Secreto. The trail with the most severe damage is Zapotal with 3 major landslides that would require a major rearrangement of the trail.
Obstacles were removed from Principal, Punta Guachipelines, but there are major landslides in Principal that we will start working on. We have a limited crew on site, the rest of the team will be back on Wednesday as they are dealing with their households in the aftermath of the storm.
The trails will remain closed while this clean up takes place. Our goal for today is to open Principal and so the upper loop would be available for everyone wanting to get out there.
