The sun came out today. Absolutely a stunning morning here in Town. Those that made it down to Pura Vida ride for coffee were treated to a lot of activity. The locks were taken off the doors at Santarena, as a pre-opening team has come on board to begin getting her ready for guests. This Thursday, Ponciana is welcoming many of Town's residents for a Thanksgiving Pot Luck dinner.
All around PVR we have some hardscape going in, to meet requirements that will allow for CORE to open. CORE is a new outdoor fitness concept that will be operating north of PVR.
North of CORE, we have a team installing grass in Beach Town North and adding some landscaping.
