Low tide is just bottoming out now, and the water clarity is excellent.  There are millions of little sardine like fish in the bay today.  This has attracted schools of larger fish, and loads of pelicans.  Today is definitely a day to explore by sea.  Grab a kayak or a paddle board and get out there!
