**Ground Breaking at 3 Calle Virginia -**

3 Calle Virginia will have a quintessentially Beach Town layout, with two wings opening up to the Pacific Ocean, catching amazing breezes and views. There is covered outdoor living space on every level, creating an indoor-outdoor lifestyle for its 5 bedroom suites. The focus on soft, round arches allows for the home to play well with the existing neighbors on Calle Virginia.

Keep an eye out for a special avocado tree to be planted in the home's entry court!

Congratulations to the homeowners.

Architect: Rodriguez + Toledo

Builder: Alfa Co.
