In this Daily -- Swimming Lessons at the Beach Club

A clear and sunny day today, with light winds throughout the day, a high in the mid 80s, and cooler weather towards the evening. Temperatures will start in the mid 70s after sunrise and increase steadily throughout the morning, reaching the low 80s by around lunch and the mid 80s by evening before falling off. The wind will be light in the morning and remain relatively quiet throughout the day, picking up around evening right as the sun is setting. Out in the cove, the waves will be moderate today, between 1 and 2 feet with a slight pickup around sunset, and the tide will be high around 8am and falling until about 2:30pm. On the trails, this morning will be a particularly pleasant time to be out, with still air and cool temperatures making for an excellent ride.

This morning saw the return of morning swimming lessons, taking place at 6:15 and 7:15am at the Beach Club every weekday. Run in tandem with ConnectOcean, these lessons are a great opportunity for refreshing morning exercise, and have something to offer everyone from beginners to returning swimmers to experts looking for some practice and fine adjustments in their strokes.

Elsewhere in town today was our usual HIIT training out at the Yoga Pavilion, and this evening the Beach Club will be hosting a Sunset Happy Hour from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. For early risers tomorrow, swimming lessons will be offered again, as well as a functional fitness class up on the top of the hill with Casa Chameleon.
