The storm has passed, and the sun is trying it’s best to separate from the clouds. The majority of our colleagues are doing fine, and the Town suffered no damages. We had a few renters and residents that were good humored about the whole thing. We were fortunate enough to have power, water, and internet during the 72hour period, with the exception of a three-hour downtime last night.
I am very proud of our group here. They did an amazing job; most are back to Town today. We have been in all the homes we manage, and no major damages to report. Utilities and infrastructure are working, and the retail shops are opening their doors.
Many of the surrounding communities were impacted. The flooding damage and impact looked similar to what you have seen in Houston and Florida recently. The teams that are not here cleaning up, are out and about trying to help where we can.
